Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at NovaNest. We take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

 

We offer a strict 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return. Due to the nature of our products, requests made after this 3-day window will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and protective seals intact. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

To start a return, please contact our support team at info@shopnovanests.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
